About Reborn Circular
Sustainable mattress & furniture recovery — measured, not estimated.
Reborn Circular is a sustainable waste recovery platform built to extend the life of mattresses and furniture and to measure the environmental impact of doing so. We operate a specialist recycling centre in Wakefield where end-of-life mattresses and divan bases are manually deconstructed, separated into clean material streams — steel springs, pocket springs, foam, textile, polyester and timber — and routed back into manufacturing or recycling rather than landfill.
The platform serves three audiences. Colleagues and yard operatives use it to clock in, track their activity against performance targets, and record every bale they produce by type and weight. Trade customers — councils, retailers, hotels and waste carriers — use the trade portal to book deliveries, manage paperwork and receive recycling certificates. Retail and household customers can book a local collection of a single mattress or arrange a drop-off at our centre.
Behind the scenes, the system turns each weighed bale and reused component into measured carbon savings, landfill diversion and material-recovery data, giving customers defensible ESG reporting rather than industry-average estimates. Where components are kept in-house to remanufacture new goods, that reuse is tracked too — closing the loop from waste back to product.
Reborn Circular is built and operated by the Reborn Circular team. Our mission is to make circular economy impact transparent, verifiable and genuinely useful — for the operatives on the yard, the customers we serve, and the planet we share.
